Were you harmed while taking, Yaz, Yasmin, Ocella or Beyaz
Yaz, Yasmin, Beyaz and Ocella are dangerous drugs used for the purpose of preventing pregnancy. They contain a drug called “Drospirenone”. According to the FDA women using birth control pills containing progestogen hormones drospirenone, desogestrel or gestodene are 75 percent more likely to develop blood clots compared to those who use “older-generation” pills.
Drospirenone has been linked to many serious adverse events, including, but not limited to: Chest pain, pain in the arms or shoulders, nausea, swelling of the hands and ankles, breast lumps, depression, wheezing and migraine headaches – among other symptoms.
It has been noted that women who are otherwise completely healthy, have experienced adverse events while taking Yaz, Yasmin, Ocella or Beyaz.
